Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Line a baking tray with parchment paper to create a parchment-lined tray.

Arrange 8 bacon slices in a single layer side by side on the parchment-lined tray.

Bake the bacon in the preheated oven until it reaches your desired level of crispiness (about 10–20 minutes). Check after 10 minutes and continue baking as needed.

Line a plate with a paper towel to create a paper-towel-lined plate.

Remove the tray from the oven and use tongs to transfer the cooked bacon onto the paper-towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.
