Ingredients
- 8 ea corn
- 0.05 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp Traeger Veggie Rub
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 0.25 cup butter
Steps
Prepare the grill by preheating it to 260°C (500°F) with the lid closed.≈ 15 min Peel back the husks of each ear of corn without removing them completely. Remove the silk from each ear.≈ 8 min Rub the husk-peeled and silk-removed corn with olive oil, then season with Traeger Veggie Rub, kosher salt, and black pepper. Wrap the husks back around each ear of corn.≈ 6 min Place the seasoned, husks-wrapped corn directly on the preheated grill grates. Close the lid and cook, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender, 25-30 minutes.≈ 28 min Serve the hot grilled corn with unsalted butter.≈ 2 min
