- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 cup Hey Grill Hey Everything BBQ Sauce

Preheat the pellet grill to 325°F (163°C).≈ 10 min Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels, if needed, as part of mise en place.≈ 2 min Measure out and prepare the Hey Grill Hey Sweet Rub, olive oil or avocado oil, and BBQ sauce.≈ 2 min Drizzle each dried chicken breast with olive oil or avocado oil and coat all sides evenly.≈ 2 min Season the oiled chicken breasts all over with Hey Grill Hey Sweet Rub until evenly coated.≈ 2 min Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the preheated grill grates, close the lid, and cook for 15 minutes.≈ 15 min Flip each chicken breast over, close the grill lid, and continue cooking for about 10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 150°F (66°C).≈ 10 min Baste each chicken breast with BBQ sauce, then continue cooking on the grill for 5-10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).≈ 7 min Remove the chicken breasts from the grill and place them on a plate. Tent loosely with foil and let rest for 5-10 minutes, until internal temperature reaches approximately 165°F (74°C).≈ 7 min
